Responsibilities
Assess the extent and severity of burns, monitor wound healing, and administer wound care treatments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for burn patients.
Monitor patients for signs of infection, complications, and changes in condition, and intervene as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on wound care, pain management, and rehabilitation techniques for optimal recovery.
Required Qualifications
Current RN license
BLS (other certifications as required by facility)
2 years of recent Burns experience.
Strong communication and adaptability skills.
