Company Match
When eligibility requirements are met, TotalMed offers a company matching contribution to help you grow your retirement savings even faster. Eligible employees may receive:
- Company matching contributions of up to 4%
- 100% vesting once eligibility requirements have been satisfied
- Support of a Financial Planner
- Current eligibility generally requires at least 12 months of employment
- A minimum of 1,000 hours worked
Start Saving Right Away
Eligible employees can enroll in the TotalMed 401(k) plan through our retirement plan provider shortly after becoming employed.
There are no lengthy waiting periods before you can begin making your own contributions, allowing you to start investing in your future as soon as you’re eligible. You may also be able to roll over funds from another qualified retirement plan, helping you keep your retirement savings in one place.

The TotalMed 401(k) retirement savings plan is generally available to eligible Travel Nursing and Travel Allied Health professionals. Participation, company matching contributions, vesting, and eligibility requirements are subject to the terms of the retirement plan and applicable law.
Per Diem, Local, Permanent Placement, Strike & Crisis, Locum Tenens, Health Plan, Hospital Non-Clinical, Life Sciences, and certain other employment types may not be eligible to participate in the TotalMed 401(k) plan or receive employer matching contributions. Eligibility varies based on employment classification, assignment type, hours worked, and plan requirements. Please speak with your TotalMed recruiter or Human Resources representative for details regarding your eligibility.
