You’ll earn a $1,000 referral bonus once your referral completes 480 worked hours on assignment, available only for the eligible Health Plan specialties listed below.
Disclaimer: Referral bonuses are available only for qualified referrals within the eligible specialties listed above. Referrals submitted outside of these specialties may not qualify for a bonus. Referred individuals must be new to TotalMed to be eligible. To qualify for a referral bonus, the referral must be submitted using the official referral form. Referrals submitted through any other method will not be eligible. Bonus payment is contingent upon the referred professional completing the required assignment or worked hours for their position. For questions regarding eligibility, please contact your recruiter prior to submitting your referral.
Please note: Our Strike division does not currently offer a referral program. Not everyone submitted as a referral will be eligible, please check with your recruiter for full details before submitting your referral.

Invite qualified professionals including:
Health Plan Professionals
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Pharmacists
- Licensed Social Workers

Additional specialties may qualify based on current hiring needs.
Health Plan Referral Guidelines
The referral bonus applies only to the eligible Health Plan specialties listed above.
Eligibility Requirements
- Referred professionals must be new to TotalMed.
- Self-referrals are not eligible for the referral bonus.
- The referral must be submitted using the official referral form to qualify.
