We’ve Merged — Here’s What to Expect

Your login and access to TotalMed Go.
Assignments
Current and future assignments, and your recruiter.
Payroll & Taxes
Pay schedule, paystubs, W2s and reimbursements.
Benefits
401(k), health plan, sick leave and more.
Currently on Assignment? Read This First!
If you’re on a current assignment through the previous TotalMed app, you’ll finish it as usual there.
In rare cases, a small number of clinicians may need to move to TotalMed Go mid-assignment. If that applies to you, rest assured we will reach out directly to guide you through the process.
Your next assignment will be managed on TotalMed Go. When you’re ready to start looking, please log in here and select “Get Access Link” to get started.
Account & Login
Will my login from the previous TotalMed app work on TotalMed Go?
No. You’ll use a TotalMed Go login moving forward. If you don’t have one yet, please click here and select “Get Access Link” to get started.
Can I still access the previous TotalMed app and my account there?
Yes. You can continue using the previous TotalMed app to view past assignments and payroll documents.
Assignments
I’m currently on assignment through the previous TotalMed app — what happens?
You’ll complete your current assignment as usual through that app. For example, you’ll continue to submit your timesheet there for the remainder of your assignment.
A very small number of clinicians may need to move to TotalMed Go mid-assignment. If that applies to you, we’ll contact you directly.
What about future assignments?
All of your future assignments will be managed on TotalMed Go. Please click here and select “Get Access Link” to get started.
TotalMed Go has slightly different processes than the previous app, but we will communicate the specifics in advance of your first assignment on the new platform.
Will I still work with the same recruiter?
Yes. Your current recruiter is now part of the unified TotalMed team.
What if I currently have a recruiter from both TNAA and TotalMed?
Going forward, you’ll work with one primary recruiter. We’ll determine that internally and make sure you’re supported by the best point of contact for your future assignments.
Will my past assignment records transfer to TotalMed Go?
No. Your assignment history will remain in the previous TotalMed app. We’re only importing your profile information — assignment and payroll records will stay where they are.
Finding Your Next Assignment
What will be different about finding my next assignment?
Your next assignment will be managed on TotalMed Go, so you should claim your account by clicking here and selecting “Get Access Link”.
Once you’re logged in, navigate to TotalMed’s job search. If you’re logged in, you can create a saved search to receive notifications when new jobs are posted. Once you’ve found a job that interests you, click “I’m Interested” from the job details page to send a notification to your recruiter.
Will I continue to receive job notifications from the previous TotalMed app?
Job notifications from the previous app will need to be recreated on TotalMed Go. Just log in and navigate to the job search to save a search and set up notifications!
Will I have to re-submit all of my compliance documents?
If possible, we’ll import your compliance documents from the previous app. Before your next assignment, a QA Specialist will review your file and contact you if anything needs to be re-submitted.
Payroll and Taxes
What will change about the payroll process?
If you’re currently on an assignment through the previous TotalMed app, no action is needed right now — you’ll continue to be paid weekly on Fridays. Before your first assignment on TotalMed Go, our Payroll team will send you all the details you need.
Where can I find old paystubs?
They’ll remain available in UKG for 30 days after your assignment ends, and in the previous TotalMed app.
Who do I contact for questions about past pay or tax documents?
Please email hr@totalmed.com for prior pay, W2s, or tax documents.
How do I request employment verification?
Send your request to hr@totalmed.com.
What happens to my referral?
Reach out to your recruiter and we’ll make sure you get credit.
Does TotalMed have a referral program?
Yes! Refer your friends to TotalMed and earn $1,000 when they take an assignment. Some restrictions apply. Full details →
Benefits
What happens to my 401(k) or health plan from the previous TotalMed plan?
If you contributed to a 401(k) or had health insurance through the previous TotalMed plan, you should have received an email from our benefits team. Didn’t see it? Reach out to your recruiter for help.
What happens if I have pending reimbursements?
All pending reimbursements will be paid out through the existing process. Reimbursements for your future assignments will be handled through TotalMed Go.
What benefits does TotalMed offer?
TotalMed provides best-in-class benefits to support you on every assignment. If you had benefits through the previous TotalMed plan in 2025, you will be offered those same benefits if you take an assignment before January 1, 2026. If you didn’t, you will be offered the TotalMed benefits package.
